As the FCA Area Director for Fauquier, Rappahannock, & Culpeper Counties, your journey with us will begin with a discovery call. This is the first of four steps that will help us determine together if you have what it takes to thrive in sports ministry, if you're a good fit for our team, and if this path is something you will love.

Sports ministry is not for everyone. It's for those who are ready to face challenges that push beyond personal limits. It's for those who seek a life of significance, not just success.

I know what many people think when they hear “ministry” or “missionary work.” For many years, I thought that was for “other” people, not me. How I wish I had listened to God’s quiet whisper earlier in my life. What about you? Is God trying to get your attention?

We are looking for a leader to build a Spirit-led team to reach coaches and athletes in Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper Counties. Very few will make it through our four-step process, and I can’t wait to see if you are one of them.
